Your Role:

The Marketing Operations Associate will work closely with the Marketing Director in gathering and analyzing internal and external data to measure the effectiveness of marketing plans and to identify new marketing opportunities. In addition, the Marketing Operations Associate will coordinate research initiatives to measure customer satisfaction with WWP products and events. Monitoring competitors, defining pricing, managing merchandising and tracking reach and ROI for all marketing efforts will also be part of this team member’s responsibilities.

 

What you will be doing:  

 

  • Conduct surveys, analyze findings and prepare reports to gauge consumer satisfaction with WWP products and events
  • Gather and analyze data from different social media channels and website data, using google analytics
  • Prepare sales reports and share with WWP team
  • Research pricing for new products
  • Track reach, impressions and ROI on all marketing initiatives
  • Monitor competitor’s activities
  • Execute promotions based on promotional calendar

 

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3+ years of Marketing experience
  • 3+ years of experience in analytical role
  • Previous experience working on social media platforms
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and E-mail Marketing
  • Great communication skills
  • Previous experience working remotely is preferred
